Symptoms of cannabis withdrawal

According to DSM-5, 3 or more of the following signs and symptoms appear approximately 1 week after cannabis withdrawal [1]:

  1. Irritability

  2. Anxiety

  3. Sleep difficulty (e.g., insomnia and disturbing dreams)

  4. Decreased appetite or weight loss

  5. Restlessness

  6. Depressed mood

  7. Abdominal pain, shakiness, sweating, fever, chills or headache
